We have spent years building a trusted reputation in the medical aesthetics industry through our medical spa, Rise Aesthetics in Norwell, MA.
Founded in 2019, Rise Aesthetics has successfully treated over 10,000 clients and we have trained registered nurses (RNs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) across Massachusetts transitioning into the exciting field of aesthetics. Now, through South Shore Aesthetic Institute, we are expanding our reach—providing comprehensive training programs designed to help aspiring injectors gain the knowledge, hands-on experience, and confidence needed to thrive in this growing industry.

Meet Our Founders
Dr. Craig Sylvester, MD – Board-Certified Physician & Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Dr. Craig Sylvester is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and co-owner of Rise Aesthetics. A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, he has over 20 years of experience in patient care and has published scientific research on tissue aging and damage.
Dr. Sylvester has extensively trained in aesthetic medicine, health, and wellness, and is a member of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. His expertise in both acute medical care and aesthetics brings a unique, medically grounded approach to injector training, ensuring that safety and precision remain at the forefront.
Stephanie Sylvester, RN – Expert Injector & Aesthetic Trainer
Stephanie Sylvester, RN, is a highly skilled aesthetic injector and co-owner of Rise Aesthetics. With over a decade of experience in patient care, she has dedicated her career to aesthetic medicine, health, and wellness.
Stephanie has undergone extensive advanced injector training and is known for her expert precision, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach. Her passion for education and aesthetics led her to train and mentor dozens of nurses and healthcare professionals, helping them successfully transition into the field of medical aesthetics.
